Thank You, Kenya and Tanzania

Jamba! Jamba! (Celebrate!)

Thank you, Kenya and Tanzania for displaying God’s glory in crescendo. We experienced God’s creation in a new light and heard it in symphony. It was truly a shared spiritual experience. The beauty, sounds, people, and animals greatly blessed us.

“O LORD, how manifold are Your works!
In wisdom have You made them all;
the earth is full of Your creatures.”
Psalm 104:24

Elephants rule. Babies were everywhere, whether human or animal. Amboseli was the park where elephants rule and sunsets were glorious.

The Ngorongoro Conservation Area was breathtaking. This is the volcano crater that is 12 miles wide and is the home of over 25,000 animals and a Masai village.

The bananas are small and sweeter than the bananas we’re accustomed to.

“May the glory of the LORD endure forever;
may the LORD rejoice in His works,
Who looks on the earth and it trembles,
Who touches the mountains and they smoke!
I will sing to the LORD as long as I live;
I will sing praise to my God while I have being.
May my meditation be pleasing to Him,
for I rejoice in the LORD.” (Psalm 104:31-34 ESV)

Father, thank You for creating beauty beyond what we can even imagine. From the beauty of Mount Kilimanjaro to the intricate designs the plants and Your creatures, You are the Master Artist. Thank You. In Jesus’ name, we give you glory. Amen.

Have you been to Africa? If so, please share your thoughts.

I will share more with you in the coming weeks.
