Praise the LORD!
I will praise the LORD with my whole heart,
In the assembly of the upright and in the congregation.
The works of the LORD are great,
Studied by all who have pleasure in them.
His work is honorable and glorious,
And His righteousness endures forever.
He has made His wonderful works to be remembered;
The LORD is gracious and full of compassion. Psalm 111:1-4
When I’m disappointed, I go to the Psalms.
When I’m blessed, I go to the Psalms.
When I need to pray earnestly, I go to the Psalms.
When I go to the Psalms, my disappointment becomes awe and wonder.
When I go to the Psalms, my blessings resound in praise.
When I go to the Psalms, my prayers refocus from me to The Almighty God whose love is everlasting.
Psalm 111:14 reminds me of God’s works and guides my prayer.
My prayer
Praise the Lord!
We will praise the LORD with our whole hearts
Your works, O LORD are amazing;
They show us Your story.
Jesus, You are our Life Giver;
You gave Your own life for us.
God, You are the One who Blesses;
You have given Your sons and daughters every spiritual blessing.
God, You are our Provider;
You are all we need.
Jesus, our Savior;
You have saved us from ourselves.
God, Who is near;
You are near to us even in our loneliness.
Jesus, our Living Water;
We are thirsty for righteousness and seek Your refreshing.
God, our Promise Giver and Reward Giver,
We trust Your promises and cherish Your rewards.
God, the Faithful One,
You establish Your children and guard them.
Our dear LORD Who is Good
Lead us into the land of uprightness.
God, our Miracle Worker,
You have power over all creation.
Jesus, Servant Maker,
Because of Your great love,
We want to follow You,
Learn from You,
Take Your yoke upon us, and
Become like You.
God, our Mission Giver,
You consider us Your poems, Your artwork.
You planned and equipped us for Your works.
Our holy and glorious God,
Your majesty astounds and humbles us.
God, our Answer and our Strength,
You give us Your perfect wisdom abundantly.
It is through Christ,
We can do all things.
Praise the Lord and all that is within me,
Bless His holy Name!
