49 Years of Blessings

From the beginning of creation, “God made them male and female. Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh. So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.” Mark 10:6-9

Wave after wave of blessings have crested, crashed, and rippled into our lives. With each new wave, we come closer to each other, moving in greater strength and love as one. Your steadfast love and care in the good times and in the troubled times have made all the difference. God has truly joined us together, and no one can separate us.

You are my thundering wave of strength, my deep water wave of hope, my ever-swirling wave of joy, and my unceasingly surging wave of love.

Thank you for 49 years of bountiful blessings that have united us forever.

      • Thank you Jacquie. God’s love is reflected in the marriages of His followers as the Holy Spirit works in each marriage partner’s life and in the marriage. The love we have for each other we could never have imagined when we first got married. Wishing you an intimate walk with God as you meditate on His Word and His great love for you. Karen

Father, You are love, and You have given us so many gifts, but the greatest of these is Your love. Your love is patient and kind. May we reflect Your patience and kindness. Your love isn't focused on Yourself but on others. May we abandon our self-centered focus and rejoice with Your truth. Jesus, You bore all things. Thank You that Yours is the kingdom, the power, and the glory. Forever. In Jesus' name, amen. Are you anxious? Troubled? Fearful? Want peace even in the midst of the storms in your life? Call out to God. He is near, and He loves you. “And why worry about your clothing? Look at the lilies of the field and how they grow. They don’t work or make their clothing, yet Solomon in all his glory was not dressed as beautifully as they are.” (Matthew 6:28-29) Our spiritual worship starts with surrender to God. If God is for you, who can be against you? Who will charge you? Who condemns you? Who will separate you from Christ's love? God loved you so much that He sent His Son, Jesus, into the world to pay the price for your sins, so that you could live forever basking in His love. “O LORD, You are the portion of my inheritance and my cup; May you bask in God's blessings and rest in His peace.
