Smith fell into the icy waters of Lake St. Louis. When the first responders pulled him out of the waters, he had no pulse, and when his mother arrived at the emergency room, he had been dead for over an hour. She prayed loudly that God would heal him, and at that instant, the nurse picked up a pulse.
