Did your grandparents share with you moments from their childhood, experiences in grade school and high school, emotions from their honeymoon, or joys in parenthood? I know very little about my grandparents’ early lives, their thoughts, emotions, joys, successes, and failures.

At an event, I had the pleasure of hosting a table that focused on joy. I asked passersby to write on a flipchart where they found their joy.
