47 Years of Delight

Celebrating my Beloved on our 47th Anniversary

My beloved is radiant and respected, distinguished among myriads. His head overflows with the wisdom of the ancients. His eyes shine as the sun’s rays over Jerusalem at dawn. His cheeks are like jasmine tea leaves and mounds of fragrant herbs found at Siem Reap. His lips are sweet, dripping honey and cinnamon from Vietnam. His arms are muscular and strong, ready to protect in the jungles of Cambodia. His body is lean and masculine, rising in Ha Long Bay, majestic and peaceful. My beloved’s legs are columns of marble found in the Taroko Gorge, tried and strong. His appearance is like the Dolomite Mountains, bold and magnificent. His mouth speaks words of kindness, and he is altogether desirable.

This is my beloved, and this is my friend.

I am my beloved’s and my beloved is mine.
